SWL 4.600kg at 12m. All rams are double acting and the piston rods are twice chromium plated.

 

Complete hydraulic system consisting of:

one lifting ram, one jib ram, two extension rams, 2 hydr. slewing motors, Danfoss control valve block with individual control valves (high precision) for luffing, slewing, jib, extension, winch. Load holding valves at all cylinders plus overload protection device as well as visual alarm at 90% of max. load. Emergency stop-button at all controls as per CE-standard. Pressure reservoir at lifting cylinder to minimize centrifugal forces acting on the load-bearing components of static mounted cranes.

 

Hydraulic winch 4.500kg pull at single line/7th layer, rope dia. 13mm, rope length 400m (spin-resistant), incl. pulley, control valve and safety hook with latch.

 

This crane is manufactured according to German Standard DIN 15018/EN12999 to meet marine specifications for provision/service crane type "A" at 5°heel/2° trim with full load.
