Crane base in pipe-shape design for static mounting (steel-pipe pedestal optional) slewing ring gear with slewing motor for 360° continuous slewing (slewing torque 33.300Nm). Slewing restriction optional. Crane column in all-steel design with linkage between column and main boom, jib in hexagon design off-set from main boom, hydraulically operated jib extensions under full load to 12,15m. All extensions in hexagon profiles. All hydraulic rams are double acting.
Complete hydraulic system with Danfoss control valve bank consisting of 5 individual valve sections for all crane functions, high precision with integrated suction and safety valves. Radio remote control (HBC), 5 functions consisting of transmitter with cross-lever controls, receiver, charger (12/24V) with two re-chargeable batteries, automatic frequency search, emergency-off, extra cable in case of radio break-down, variable speed choice. Electronic crane control system (EKS-black box) incl. overload protection device, actual load info (memory function) and damping control for lifting cylinder. Load holding valves at lifting-, jib-, and extension rams. Overload protection valves with visual warning device, emergency shut-off buttons at all controls according to CE-standard.

Hydraulic winch 5.000kg cap. at single line/1st layer resp. 4.150kg/3rd layer, average speed 60m/min at 138l/min. oil flow, rope dia. 15mm (spin-resistant), rope length 50m, pendulum pulley-head for allowed inclination angle, automatic cut-off device (electro - hydraulic) if hook touches the tip of jib and/or only 3-4 windings of rope are left on the rope-drum.
Heavy duty corrosion protection (cataphoretic painting), class C5, i.e. complex surface treatment, steel components subjected to an electrostatic coating process in a dipping bath. After several sequences of rinsing the varnish is baked at a temperature of 160°C. Final surface coating is done in the RAL-colour chosen by the customer. High-class powder coating optional.
This crane is manufactured according to German Standard
DIN 15018, stress group H2/B3 to meet marine specifications for service crane type "A". Min. 5° heel and 2° trim, GL-type C1.
